There is no raised lip. The buttons are 100% exposed without coverage, and part of the metal casing is exposed. This allows you to effortlessly swipe up to the curved edges and have 100% access to the buttons.

Compared to standard aramid (1500D), 600D has a much finer weave and is more challenging to produce. 600D is also ultra-lightweight, smooth to the touch, and feels like air between your fingers. Its manufacturing process enhances grip as well. Generally speaking, 600D aramid fiber is more premium and costly than 1500D.600D aramid fiber cases cost at least 30% more than 1500D.
